Train45 turns an ordinary commute into a supernatural captivity problem: there’s no driver, no destination, and a demon calling herself the master of the train. You move between its cars investigating anomalies while getting closer to the women caught up in its mystery. Finding a way forward means paying attention to both the distorted surroundings and the relationships forming inside them.
Konial, the playful and domineering figure running this service to nowhere, tasks you and two strangers with examining the phenomena haunting its cars. As the investigation progresses, tangled feelings and desires begin to reveal the train’s purpose. Your commute has acquired considerably more baggage.
Mind the Anomalies
Investigate anomalies as you move between cars. Each chapter's discoveries advance the story and affect your companions' emotions and relationships.
Collect items and raise affinity to exchange for equipment that improves perception and investigation speed. Later chapters add features that open hidden routes.

Reina Takahashi is a composed office worker who helps keep the group grounded and supports its morale. Mai Asakura brings a cheerful presence and a firm resolve when circumstances demand it. Their contrasting personalities give the captive group two distinct sources of support as reality becomes increasingly distorted.
A Demon With a Personal Interest
Konial has concealed motives and a particular interest in you, placing the train’s self-appointed master directly within its web of relationships. Pazuzu, a timid but justice-driven angel, has infiltrated the train to expose Konial’s crimes. Her gentle demeanor also conceals a side that isn’t immediately apparent.
Train45 has five female characters to pursue and full Japanese voice acting. Its store description advertises more than 40 adult CG scenes.
Content and Boarding Details
All characters are adults. The content warning includes non-consensual sex and sexual assault, alongside violence, bondage, BDSM, tentacles, exhibitionism, and monster-girl content.
