The 3 Anal Piggies turns post-breakup conversations into the starting point for an adult visual novel. You confide in your best friend Okami, meet three women with different personalities, and choose whose story to follow. Anal-sex curiosity supplies the premise, while separate character arcs and return visits to your confidante give that premise its structure. Okami has plenty of advice—and the story leaves room to question just how impartial she is.
The central activity is following those encounters, making decisions, and exploring each woman's story. Fantasy Games calls this a “Visual Novel++” format, with chapter revisiting, decision rewinding, and some direct control during selected adult scenes. Your love life may be uncertain; your ability to backtrack is considerably better defined.
Three Girls, Three Different Directions
Sora is shy, inexperienced, and curious, living in a small straw house by the beach. Riko brings a more direct approach and dry humor from her wooden house in the countryside. Reina lives in an elegant city apartment and takes a confident, dominant role; she also has an open relationship with her boyfriend, Yuma. The fairy-tale housing references sit alongside distinctly different relationship setups.
Each woman has her own story arcs, and you choose which to follow. Between encounters, you'll return to Okami for a conversation and more of her possibly questionable advice.
A Rewind Button for Your Decisions
Flashback lets you change a decision or revisit a scene. Story progress fills an image album, and the gallery gives you access to completed chapters.
You can save at any time, play with the keyboard alone, and use auto-advance or skip. There are no timed inputs. Music, voices, and sound effects have separate volume controls, including mute options.
Adult Content With Its Own Controls
Steam advertises more than 100 fully animated scenes, using looping animations. Selected adult scenes include adjustable tempo and control over when they begin and end. Images are uncensored in the described release; an optional censorship setting is planned for later.
The adult material includes fetish content, sex toys, voyeurism, group encounters, and female dominance. Content note: the Steam warning explicitly includes dubious consent and light coercion, while separately stating that the game does not depict sexual assault or non-consensual sex. All depicted characters are described as adults.
Release, Platform, and Price
Developed and published by Fantasy Games, The 3 Anal Piggies launched on September 18, 2026, as a single-player Windows game. The studio says it is still working on improvements and new content, which it plans to add at no additional cost.
The regular US price was $7.99 when checked.
