In Succupie: An Erotic Short Story, pizza delivery will bring more than another box for the apartment’s collection. This upcoming first-person, short-form tale casts you as a dejected, reclusive twentysomething whose life becomes entangled with Marcine, a peppy demonic delivery girl. Their unlikely “situationship” will unfold over one week in the mid-1990s, putting depression and a developing romantic and sexual relationship at the center of a supernatural slice-of-life story.
The premise keeps its attention close to home: getting to know Marcine, spending time in your cluttered apartment, and sampling the odd entertainment available there. Between conversations, public-access television, late-night radio, and a playable video game, staying in will come with its own itinerary.

An Apartment With Reception
The apartment’s distractions will lean into a peculiar version of ’90s home entertainment. Public-access sock-puppet television and bizarre late-night radio stations will share space with the DreamStation 64, a fictional console featuring the fully playable “Greenman VS Dommy Mommy Aliens.” The television won’t have a monopoly on questionable programming.
You can also hunt for lewd trading cards around the apartment. Between those, the radio, and the console, there are plenty of excuses to stay in.
Low Polygons, Personal Clutter
Succupie’s planned visual presentation pays homage to early 3D graphics through handcrafted models, textures, and drawings. Old pizza boxes, discarded socks, and lewd posters will furnish the apartment, tying its retro appearance to the everyday mess of the person living there.
Characters and adult scenes use hand animation, carrying the retro look through the whole apartment.

Milk Cartel is developing and publishing Succupie: An Erotic Short Story for Windows, with full controller support. The story spans a week; the developer hasn't given a playtime estimate.
Succupie remains upcoming, with its release date listed as “To be announced.” No price is provided.
