Sister Leticia: The First Mission! gives its rookie nun two tools for confronting evil: a sacred staff and a handgun. When a monastery loses contact with the outside world, the Church sends Leticia to investigate. She arrives to discover that monsters have attacked the village, turning an already unwelcome assignment into a fight to get home safely.
This single-player action-adventure puts you in control of the nervous Exorcism Division recruit as she confronts the creatures and digs into an increasingly bizarre mystery. Apparently, being new to the job does not qualify you for a quiet orientation.
Armed With More Than Faith
Leticia uses both her sacred staff and her handgun to fight monsters. The enemy roster spans nine types, including goblins, Rafflesia, orcs, ghosts, and devils, giving this Church assignment a threat list that extends well beyond a routine haunting.
Avoiding capture also connects the action to the game's adult content: monsters catching Leticia leads to sexual scenarios, while defeat is represented in a dedicated set of adult animations. Those encounters are part of the consequences surrounding her mission.
A Nervous Nun With Orders to Follow
Leticia is nervous and distrustful, yet decisive when carrying out Church orders. She also has an unusual tolerance for bizarre situations, which this mission quickly puts to use.
Her partner Veronia provides support while Leticia is out on missions. Serious and caring beneath occasional biting jokes, Veronia gives the setup a second personality alongside its reluctant field operative. Leticia may have the weapons, but her partner has the sharp tongue.
Pixel Art Behind the Habit
The store description advertises 25 sets of pixel-art adult animations, including nine defeat animations, with a separate gallery for viewing them.
Content note: the game includes non-consensual sexual content, interspecies sexual content, and tentacles. All depicted characters are adults.
The Mission Is Available on Windows
Compared with the original release, this edition adds Japanese language support, new character artwork, and adult scenes described as enhanced. The store also identifies the game as uncensored and notes that its store images show early promotional material.
Cyatt Cafe developed Sister Leticia: The First Mission!, with Mango Party publishing. It released on September 15, 2026, for Windows and supports Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing. The regular US price was $6.99 when checked.
