Horizon Walker’s September 23 patch notes confirm that Larina’s Dopamine Channel is available, with the event scheduled to run until maintenance on Oct 8, 2026. Clearing stages at different difficulty levels earns Stars, with rewards including Event Tokens tied to the number collected. Achievements provide more Event Tokens to spend in the Exchange Shop, while attendance rewards depend on login days.
Garud Brings the Heat
New EX-rank Vanguard Garud trades away Weak Point Attacks for gains to Magic ATK, Max HP, Elemental Boost and AP through her Transcendent trait. Her Eternity trait nullifies fatal damage once and restores some HP. While Eternity is active, she gains defense and crowd-control immunity but cannot act or perform Responses; at the start of the next Round, she fully recovers HP, gains AP and can act again.
Incinerate deals Heat damage to a target and nearby enemies, while Cinder permanently reduces a target’s Heat DEF on attack. Ignite adds a leaping area attack that ignores Counterattacks until the end of the turn in which it is used.
Her new Affection story also arrives alongside 5 Traits corresponding to the 5 Affection levels, plus Massage, Bathroom and Bedroom Affection Events.
Equipment and Progression
The new Undying Flamefeather is an EX-rank staff with Magic ATK. Its Phoenix’s Ascent effect increases Magic ATK during battle, while using Mobility Skills builds Heat Boost and Additional DMG Boost for the rest of the fight.
The new Eclipsed Behemoth Hunt offers a chance to obtain the four Stigmas in the Scorching Sun set. The set’s 2-Set effect increases Magic ATK, while its 4-Set effect builds Magic ATK and Heat Boost through successful attacks.
Garud’s Growth Support Event rewards Vanguard leveling, promotion and skill enhancement, with additional rewards for completing Bingo.
Fixes and Search Deadlines
The patch also fixes the joystick failing to respond to the first touch after entering battle and incorrect character rotation on the Steam version’s Equipment screen.
The Ever-Reborn Phoenix and Undying Flamefeather Special Searches run until Oct 8, 2026, at 10:00 KST. The rerun Searches for Radiant Swordmaiden, Eugenia and Lumen Veritas share that deadline.
