Glory & Miserable Survivors DX puts a lone military heroine between her base and an army with the nerve to attack it. Its central hook is a battle of one against many: take on charging enemies, strengthen your warrior, and upgrade the structures helping her hold the position. Reinforcements apparently missed the memo.
The heroines come from different branches of the military, but share the same imposing assignment. Each stands alone against the approaching forces, with the premise framing her fate as either a great victory or a desperate disaster. This is a single-player action game with RPG elements, built around an outnumbered defender and the tools available to turn that imbalance around.
Give the Base Some Bite
Upgrade your heroine's weapons and accessories, then improve the buildings supporting her defense. Both the fighter and the base need attention.
Different Battles, Pixelated Stakes
Several battle modes put those upgrades to work against approaching armies.
Pixel art is used throughout the combat and character animations, including the adult scenes.
The Miserable Part Needs a Content Note
The game contains female nudity and explicit sexual scenes tied to its defeat scenarios.
Content note: the game includes non-consensual sexual content, as well as adult language and themes. All depicted characters are over 20.

Developed by TLACHTLI and published by Mango Party and Coconuts Entertainment, Glory & Miserable Survivors DX was released on March 15, 2023. It is available on Steam for Windows, with full controller support, Steam Achievements, and Family Sharing.
