The Married Woman Nextdoor turns a neighborly dinner invitation into an affair. You join Ayano and her husband for an evening at their home, but the situation changes when he gets drunk and falls asleep at the table. What follows is a single-player interactive animation in which story choices steer the encounter through different paths.
The setup gets straight to its adult premise: Ayano is the central character, and the evening moves between the sofa, bathroom, and her sleeping husband's side. The domestic setting and infidelity theme give this small-scale scenario its focus.

Bubaigawara Shiho voices Ayano. Her scenes use full animation, alternate camera angles, and cutaway views as the evening moves around the house.
