Winning a swimming pool in a bet sounds like the end of a very strange night. For Ryouma, it is a career change. The former college swimming captain takes over the business in Lifeguard Holic, where keeping the facilities running shares his attention with getting closer to the visitors. The job description leaves quite a bit out.
Tiramisu and Big S Studio developed this adult management sim, with Mango Party publishing it. As a spiritual successor to NTRaholic, it also has a family connection: Ryouma is the cousin of that game’s landlord, Ryunosuke. Pool upkeep and character relationships give this game its own routine.
Someone Still Has to Sell the Tickets
The pool runs on a two-period day, with action points to spend on different tasks. Ticket sales, flyer distribution, repairs, and upgrades fill your to-do list. Several areas need attention, and rival businesses give you a reason to keep improving them. The management side is built into Ryouma’s schedule; flirting does not fix the facilities.
The broad pool view keeps visitors, counters, menus, and separate areas on screen together. You can monitor the business while moving between its different activities.
Business Hours Get Personal
Talking to visitors advances their stories, while minigames make those relationships part of the day’s activities. Dialogue and interaction controls sit alongside selectable route or event cards. The cast includes three main female characters; earlier Mango Party promotional material named two. Those earlier promos also described more than six minigames and missions.
The Demo Was an Early Dip
Tiramisu released a public demo in March 2026, estimating one to two hours of play and roughly a fifth of the planned game. Systems and translations were still unfinished, so those early impressions describe the demo rather than the final release.
Lifeguard Holic released on Steam on September 16, 2026, for Windows. The regular US price was $16.99 when checked.
Bright Art, Busy Pool
Bright illustrated characters share the screen with pool counters, menus, and minigames. The screenshots give you a look at the business as well as the swimsuit selection.
